Terms of Service

Age requirements. The Service is designed for children ages 8–14. A parent or legal guardian (“Parent”) must create and maintain the account. Children under 13 may only use the Service with verified parental consent in accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Parent accounts. Parents must provide accurate registration information, including a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Child profiles. Parents may create one or more child profiles under their account. Child profiles use display names only — no personal information such as real names, email addresses, or photos is collected from children.

Account security. You agree to notify us immediately at legal@kychai.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

License grant. Subject to these Terms, Kychai grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to sublicense, resell, or redistribute the Service or any part thereof.

Acceptable use. You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; (d) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; (e) use the Service to harass, bully, or harm others; or (f) upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.

Content guidelines. All content created through the Service must be appropriate for children. We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

User content. You and your child retain ownership of all original content created through the Service (such as game designs and customizations). By using the Service, you grant Kychai a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

Kychai content. The Service, including all software, templates, graphics, documentation, and other materials provided by Kychai, is owned by Kychee Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from Kychai content except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

Feedback. If you provide suggestions, ideas, or other feedback about the Service, you agree that Kychai may use such feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

Plans. Kychai offers both free and paid subscription plans. Details of available plans, features, and pricing are described on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

Free trial. New accounts may be eligible for a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your account will be converted to the free plan unless you choose to subscribe to a paid plan. We will not charge you without your explicit consent.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free plan.

Refunds. We offer a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service. Refund requests should be sent to legal@kychai.com. Refunds are not available for renewal periods or after the 30-day window.

As is. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Kychai does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kychai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: (a) your use or inability to use the Service; (b) any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data; or (c) any other matter relating to the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid to Kychai in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the Service and cancel your account.
